・❥ GENERAL ・❥I will draw: OCs, character design, humanoids, fantasy/sci-fi, couples/yumeship, fan art, light armor, soft gore, mild suggestive themes, spicy/nsfwI won’t draw: hate symbols, mecha, highly detailed machinery, and complex backgrounds without prior agreement.Please don’t leave the reference upload in the form empty!For all my SKEB/Surprise Me! services, I am happy to provide WIPs in sketching and final details if requested!・❥ PAYMENT・❥

Paying is required upfront before I begin the commission. If the total upfront cost is more than $90, I can provide a payment plan of 50% upfront and 50% for the final copy of your commission. Your payment information and legal details will always be treated as sensitive information. Tips are appreciated but never expected!・❥ REVISIONS・❥WIP (Work-in-Progress) screenshots will be provided at key stages (rough sketch, more random progress shots, and final copy before submission).Please note the number of revisions depends on the type of commission!
Please be clear and specific with feedback! Finished artwork will be sent as a high-resolution PNG file format (and other formats if requested). I will notify you of delays if any arise.・❥ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY・❥Turnaround time is typically within the agreed guarantee delivery.
If ever there are too many requests or orders all at once, I will take the first 2-3 orders to complete before moving on to other requests to properly tend to everyone’s commission. If the request has a hard deadline, they will be prioritised first depending on the deadline and I will notify everyone of a queue modification.・❥ USE・❥Personal use includes:
Posting the artwork online (with proper credit to lecxi).
Using it as a profile picture, banner, or wallpaper.
Printing it for personal display.You may:
Use it as icons, banners, or wallpapers.
Share on social media (with proper credit to lecxi). Print it for personal display.You may NOT:
Claim the art as your own or remove my signature/watermark.Sell the artwork (prints, merch, monetised videos, book covers etc.) if you commissioned for personal use. Edit, recolor, trace, or heavily alter the artwork without permission.Use it for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related purposes. Use complete or WIP (work in progress) artworks to be enhanced by AI. Distribute the commissioned artwork for AI training or AI enhancing Use in commercial projects unless discussed and priced accordingly.YCH commission usage:
No alterations and tracing of base/ pose.Commercial and Monetised Use:
Different services have different licensing fees. You may use the commissioned artwork for your own business, marketing, merch, or to generate income.You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the original files with third parties. You may not use the commissioned artwork to train AI or enhance the artwork via AI.・❥ REFUNDS・❥If I am unable to complete your commission for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.A partial refund may be issued depending on the progress completed. Clear visual references, style, even a pose if you have a preference!Pose ideas or moodboards (optional but helpful) Any must-have elements (expressions, accessories, etc.) I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.・❥ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS・❥All commissioned artwork remains the intellectual property of lecxi unless otherwise stated in writing. Purchasing a commission grants the client personal usage rights only, not ownership of the artwork itself.・❥ ARTIST RIGHTS・❥I reserve the right to display, post, or include commissioned pieces in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials, unless the client requests privacy before payment. I reserve the right to stream or record the drawing process, unless requested otherwise beforehand.Private commissions are available for an additional fee.
